Highly recommend Code 4 Defense for all ages and experience levels! Travis MacLeod is very informative, straight to the point, and speaks from experience, not theory. IMO everyone should take a concealed carry class, even if you don't plan to carry. I’ve taken plenty of classes with some of the top national trainers, Chuck Haggard, the late Pat Rogers, AJ Zito, etc. Code 4 gets my recommendation and top ratings for breaking down the complexity of winning a life and death encounter. I would encourage you to use Code 4 for not just beginning your training, but taking you to a level where you can perform cold and on demand on the worst day of your life.
